John Lauber, President & Founder

John is proud to be a 3rd generation farmer in Hunterdon County, NJ. He has
been waterfowl hunting for 15 plus years, and specializes in bringing in
migratory flocks of 200 plus Canadian Geese during the early and Regular
NJ seasons. John is well respected in the waterfowling community, and has
affiliations with many call and equipment manufacturers.

John's farming experience allows him to "be on the birds" on a daily basis. He
always has his eyes and ears on the migration. He has built Jersey Goose
Outfitters with a rule of always being where the geese want to be. This is the
true key to the success enjoyed by Jersey Goose Outfitters. John secures not only his family property, but also hundreds of additional acres
that he and his family actively farms PLUS various other waterfowling leases on an annual basis.

Mike Kiermaier, Head Guide, Northern Region

Mike is a bona-fide waterfowling addict! He has been busting ducks and geese for the past 15 years. His love for the fields and marshes has even caused him to give up hunting for any other game animals! For Mike, nothing compares to having flocks of geese lock up to his calling.

Mike is an accomplished duck and goose caller. Mike has competed in several calling contests with successful results. Mike is a Pro-Staff caller for Southern Game Calls, and has many other industry relationships.
Mike heads out our Warren and Sussex counties operation, and also offers duck hunts on a "by request" basis.

Joe Mecsey, Head Guide

Joe began hunting about 10 years ago and hasen't found another thing that can keep him out of the waterfowl fields and swamps. Joe has tried different types of hunting, but waterfowl hunting is his ultimate passion. Joe loves goose hunting the most due to the non stop action and the thrill of knowing you convinced a real live animal that your calling and a plastic decoy is another real goose. When Joe picks up a call it is like the whole world has stopped and there is one goal---locking them up!
